If your trial lesson doesn’t meet your expectations, no problem at all! You can easily switch to another tutor or request a refund. Ilmedo offers refunds for up to two trial lessons, so you can move forward with confidence and feel good about your learning experience.

How does Ilmedo’s subscription model work?

Ilmedo offers a flexible subscription designed to help you build consistent, meaningful progress through regular learning with your tutor. After your trial lesson, you can choose a subscription plan based on how many lessons you’d like to take each week, creating a routine that fits your goals and schedule. You pay for your lessons with a recurring payment every 28 days, which secures your weekly time slots and keeps your learning on track. Your plan remains flexible, so you can adjust or pause it anytime as your needs change, making it easier to stay committed and continue progressing with confidence.

What are the subscription options?

You can choose a plan ranging from 1 hour/week to 5 hours/week, depending on your goals and availability. We recommend discussing your schedule with your tutor before selecting your plan to ensure the best fit.

Do lessons expire?

You can postpone your renewal date and use any remaining lessons, as long as your tutor has availability. If you still have unused hours when your plan renews, up to one week of your monthly lessons will be carried over to the next billing cycle.

What if I need to cancel a lesson?

You can cancel your lesson free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. After this time, the full lesson fee will apply. This gives you the flexibility to manage your schedule with confidence.
